  • 1/2 cup - 1% Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon - Honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon - Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
  • 1 cup - Corn Flake Crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Dried Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon - Dried Tarragon
  • 1/8 teaspoon - Cayenne Pepper

Recipe steps:

  • Combine the milk, honey and hot pepper sauce in a bowl and mix until combined. Cut the chicken breast halves into 1-inch strips and add to the mixture. Allow the chicken strips to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
