- 1 tablespoon - Vegetable oil
- 1 cup - Carrots
- 1 cup - Green onions
- 2 cups - Apples
- 3 cups - Cooked brown rice
- 0.5 cup - Seeded raisins
- 1 tablespoon - Sesame seeds
- 0.5 teaspoon - Salt
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrots and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add onions and apples, stirring for 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked brown rice, raisins, sesame seeds and salt. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.

Cover with wax paper and cook on HIGH for 3-4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, or until heated through.
