Recipe steps:

  • Place the meatballs in a 10 inch non-stick skillet and add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat and reduce the heat to medium.
  • Cover and cook for 25 minutes, or until the meatballs are no longer pink in the center.
  • Alternate cooking method: Preheat the broiler and place the meatballs on an oiled rimmed baking sheet. Broil until lightly browned and no longer pink in the center.
