Delicious Almond Scones



These almond scones are an easy and tasty treat that can be enjoyed any time of day. With a combination of wholemeal flour, ground almonds, margarine, and baking powder, you can whip up a batch in no time. Ingredients used:

For 1 people

  • 8 Oz - Wholemeal scones
  • 2 Oz - Ground almonds
  • 2 Oz - Margarine
  • 2 Tsp - Baking powder
  • To mix - Soya milk

Recipe steps:

  • Put the flour in a bowl and blend in the margarine. Add the ground almonds and baking powder, and form a stiff dough by adding a small amount of soya milk.
  • Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut into circles. Place the scones on a greased and floured baking sheet.
  • Bake at 425F, gas mark 7, for approximately 15 minutes.
