Delicious Lentils and Potatoes

Ingredients used:

  • 1 cup - Lentils
  • 1 cup - Potato
  • 0.5 teaspoon - Salt
  • 2 cloves - Garlic
  • 0.5 cup - Onion
  • 1 tablespoon - Olive oil

Recipe steps:

  • Wash the lentils and transfer them to a medium saucepan. Add the potatoes, salt and enough water to cover them.
  • Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
